This Is Not Handicapped Accessibility When I Cannot Get In the Shower. If I had what I qualified for and was promised I could be helped into the Shower.

Shame on Glenwood... I have used these horrible bathing clothes because of the dangers of trying to get into a bathtub alone.

Cannot get my socks, underwear, pants on by myself.

Toes are mangled and disfigured and extremely painful. Left leg extremely swollen and bloated. If only Glenwood had done what they promised.

UFAS? Good GOD Almighty, does Glenwood even know what the term means? This email sent after being approved for a two bedroom for me and a full time live in nurse. Sinai West Hospital examined me, studied my history, and wrote the letters Glenwood requested and STILL ABSOLUTELY NOTHNG from GLENWOOD MANAGEMENT CORP and GLENWOOD ASSISTED HOUSING Shameful Cruelty to a Disabled Tenant
