Jalal Moeen "Tenant Resolution Specialist" Every word in your rude letter is incorrect I thought a "resolution specialist" tried to discuss issues and "resolve" them before claiming guilt... this is outrageous but expected. Your rudeness to a handicapped-disabled tenant is disgusting. Not that you would care I took a wonderful Arabic language course when I was a Graduate Student at Princeton. I took my 6 buck kitchen clock off the wall so Glenwood could see how nice a clock would look AND we swimmers would appreciate it without asking the lifeguards over and over the time...
I did the right thing and wrote CEO Carole Pittelman could Glenwood add a clock to The Encore pool. Not my kitchen clock. A clock SHE chose.
Door to closet always open which should be closed.

I asked the amazing Iowa Sports pool guy, Frank, what was it and why was the wood door always open and he shut it. The closet door with the NO TREPASSING NOTICE has NEVER been in that position (closed) until the day of your rude letter. NEVER... I asked five regular pool users had they seen the closed inner door... No, No, and No. PLEASE know the facts before you send such a nasty letter Mr. Not Tenant Relations Specialist...
The rest of your letter: I knew next door Hawthorne Park pool had a clock, Emerald Green, etc. had a clock... and I simply ask could we "Encore" have one. Good GOD almighty. I brought my kitchen clock to take a picture and sent them to CEO Carole Pittelman to please consider my request. again, GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY... This is what you are paid for? Harassement?
